Meriç Paldımoğlu is the founder of Paldımoğlu Law Firm and an attorney admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, real estate disputes, employment law and complex litigation before Turkish courts.

Throughout his practice, Meriç Paldımoğlu has advised domestic and international clients on corporate transactions, business formation in Turkey, Turkish citizenship by investment, real estate disputes, employment matters and complex commercial litigation. His work frequently involves assisting foreign investors and international companies seeking to establish operations, acquire real estate, or resolve legal disputes in Turkey.

In addition to transactional work, he regularly represents clients in disputes arising from construction projects, commercial contracts, shareholder conflicts and real estate investments. His approach combines legal analysis with strategic risk assessment in order to identify practical and effective legal solutions.

He also publishes legal articles on Turkish law and cross-border legal matters, particularly in the areas of commercial disputes, real estate litigation and foreign investment in Turkey.
